My programs are for those who know they came to be a lighthouse in times of rising storms, who see challenges as enablers, and who want to go through them regeneratively — with clarity, purpose and courage.

I call this the ability to turn chessboards into gardens.

My main formats are:

• Private 1:1 Advisory — dedicated guidance for strategic transitions. Whether you're experiencing a complex relational/power dynamic or a career/purpose shift, we'll shed light on your current challenges, learn to read what is (actually) happening, and how to navigate it effectively.
• Group Sessions and Programs — I design journeys that enable teams or groups to re-calibrate their relationship with Power, Purpose and Wealth, and the kind of systems and leadership that emerge from it.
• Immersive Experiences — I facilitate transformative journeys at the intersection between ancestral traditions and conscious leadership, for example at the Yorenka Tasorentsi Center founded by the indigenous Ashaninka leader, shaman and activist Benki Piyãko in the Amazon Rainforest.
