Speaking
I give talks and sessions on:
- Power, Purpose and Relationship to Wealth
- Old and New Paradigms of Wealth and Leadership
- The bridge between Ancestral Traditions and Modern Systems applied to investment, technology and leadership
I craft talks and sessions for each specific context and audience.
I work in a range of formats — a single keynote, an interactive session, or an ongoing series woven through a program over time. What matters more than format is fit: who is in the room, what they're facing, and what wants to shift.
I generally work with audiences related to the sectors of investment, wealth owners and Next Gen Members, technology, and impact-driven audiences (activists, founders, …).
Previous engagements included:
- Politecnico of Milano, GSOM Executive Programs on Sustainable Finance for Family Offices and TIRESIA Executive Program on Sustainability and Impact Leadership (on going — agg. Professor)
- United Nations Global Compact Brazil
- WYDE series — Adidas, Maire, Lamberti, ...
- TEDx Milano (2017), TEDx San Martino (2021), TEDx Catolica Lisboa (2022)
- RegenIntel Global Fellowship Closing Keynote
- Sigma Squared (prev. Kairos Society) Global Summit
- ... and more.

What I talk about
Each talk is shaped for the room it enters. These are some of the topics that have emerged from recent engagements:
The Old and New Paradigms of Power, Tech and Wealth
The equation we have in front of us isn't logical: it existential.
The last 20 years of technological disruption completely changed how we access information, what we consider valuable, and how we related to each other — and to ourselves. Our current economy knows what's the value of a dead whale on a boat, ready to be sold, but not the value of an alive one, thriving in an healthy ecosystem that we also depend on. We are questioning the very foundations of how we conceive our "systems of value" — and therefore the old navigation tools won't work without factoring in this dimension.
The Ecology of Pain, Power and Purpose
Is our "change-making" fueled by trauma, or by vision?
Much of our drive as leaders comes from the what we feel "should not be the way it is". This is the baseline: something is wrong, and we need to fix it. The problem with this approach, deeply rooted in our culture, is that it stands on somatic and cognitive states that are reactive — not creative. In these states we lose access to key functions to face and navigate global challenges: creativity, agency, critical thinking, courage. Can we afford it?
Drawing on a decade at the intersection of social impact, leadership, and ancestral traditions, Margherita explores the intersection of Power, Purpose and Pain, and cognitive and somatic mechanisms that make or break our efforts.
Relationship to Power and Wealth
What does “wealth” mean today? And what hidden dimensions of wealth are we not factoring in?
70% of family wealth is lost by the second generation, and 90% by the third. And yet, only 2–3% of those failures are due to financial planning problems. 60% trace back to breakdown of trust and communication between generations. The same pattern holds in corporate leadership:the primary driver of wealth loss is not bad investments: it's poor governance of relationships. The true equation of wealth today is not financial — it's relational. This session breaks down how our relationship to “wealth” and “what’s valuable” is shifting on a planetary level, what dimensions we’re not factoring in and how to navigate them.
